I have been a sales representative, systems engineer, project manager, PMO director, and VP - Operational Excellence, before becoming president of a division with over 300 employees, managing a portfolio of more than 500 active projects across Canada.
I have spent nearly two decades collaborating, creating, innovating, and leading teams. I have driven growth, both organic and through acquisitions, as well as the integration of CRM, CPQ, and ERP systems, and helped transform a small business into a multinational.
I also know what it means to own a P&L in full transformation: achieving growth, protecting margin, and being accountable for performance, month after month, while evolving the organization and keeping teams engaged. For me, this is not theory.
